Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Your name and email address when you create an account;
• authentication credentials, or your Google profile if you sign in with Google;
• subscription and billing information — processed and stored by Stripe (we never see or store your card number);
• basic usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product;
• the content of messages you send our support team.

What we don’t collect: your artwork. Design editing and 3D mockup rendering happen locally in your browser — your designs are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.

2. How we use your information

To provide and improve the Service; to process billing through Stripe; to send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts); to send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time; to answer support requests; and to detect fraud or abuse.

3. Third-party services we use

• Supabase — authentication and account database;
• Stripe — payments, subscriptions, and the billing portal;
• Cloudflare — hosting for the web app and API;
• Klaviyo — email marketing;
• Google — optional sign-in.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We don’t use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Your rights

You can access and update your account details from your account page, manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal, unsubscribe from marketing email with one click, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing tumblerforge@makerfoundryco.com. We process data requests within 30 days.

6. Data retention

We keep account information while your account is active and for 30 days after you close it. Billing records are retained for 7 years for tax purposes.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), credentials are hashed, and internal access follows least-privilege. If a breach affects your data, we’ll notify you within 72 hours.

8. Children

TumblerForge is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If we discover an account belonging to a child under 13, we delete it.

9. International users

We operate from the United States. If you use the Service from elsewhere, your data is transferred to and processed in the US.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we’ll email you and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
